Cold Asparagus with Hot Crab Sauce
serves 4

Instructions

  1. In top of double boiler blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, and seasonings until smooth. Season to taste. Stir in crab, then cook over simmering water until very hot.
  2. Plate the asparagus on lettuce leaves, dress with sauce, and serve.
