Cold Asparagus with Hot Crab Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, cooked and chilled
- 4 oz crab meat, drained
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 1 T dry white wine
- 1 t prepared mustard
- 1/8 t garlic salt
- 1/8 t seasoned salt
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In top of double boiler blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, and seasonings until smooth. Season to taste. Stir in crab, then cook over simmering water until very hot.
- Plate the asparagus on lettuce leaves, dress with sauce, and serve.
